More about Signal Sauna
Sessions run about 90 minutes and are guided, with breathwork woven in. The dry sauna is heated by wood fire to roughly 150 to 190°F, and guests can ladle water on the rocks for a burst of steam before moving to the cold plunge.
The space is screen-free and leans social. Alongside public sessions there are sessions for men, women and LGBTQ guests, plus a sauna book club, a tea-time conversation hour, yoga and ambient music sets. Teams and companies can also book private rentals.
