Bad Sauna

A session cycles between the sauna, the cold plunges and the fire pit, with tea and rest in reclining chairs in between, often to a set from a local DJ. The owner trained in sweat bathing at the International Bath Academy in Lithuania, and some nights feature a venik treatment with birch boughs, steam and cool water.

Community sessions run several nights a week, including women's nights, trans nights, silent sessions and DJ nights, plus food pop-ups and benefit events. Bring a robe for the breaks outside.
