The sauna starts at 140°F and goes up to 175°F from the control panel, and the plunge sits around 48 to 50°F. Most guests cycle through heat, a rinse and a short plunge two or three times.
Towels, shampoo and body wash are in the suite. Wear what you like in the sauna and bring a swimsuit or spandex shorts for the plunge. One guest can join for an extra fee.
