Glow SLC

Glow lays out a four-step ritual: shower to cleanse, heat up in the sauna or steam room, cool off in the cold plunge or under the rain shower, then rest in the warm pool. After the first rinse you are free to move through it at your own pace. A visit gives you two hours, and you pick a date and time when you book.

Phones stay out of the bathhouse for privacy, which keeps the mood calm. The schedule includes set women-only and men-only bathhouse hours each week. Massage and other treatments can be added. If you drive in from the east, train crossings at 800 South and 900 South can cause delays.
