General admission is the Jade Journey, a four-step circuit: heat up in the igloo sauna, move to the herbal steam sauna and a cold rainforest shower, soak in the Japanese-style tubs, then rest in the baked-clay sauna at a lower temperature. Massages, facials and body treatments can be added.

Part of the spa is women-only during the day, and the spa turns unisex in the evening. Swimsuits are required in the unisex spaces.
