Guided classes use breathwork, music and scent in the big cedar sauna, followed by ice baths at 32 to 40°F, while Free Flow sessions let you set your own rhythm with staff on hand to help first-timers. The suggested circuit is 15 to 20 minutes of heat, one to three minutes in the cold and ten minutes of rest in the tea room, repeated.

The sauna usually runs around 167 to 185°F during social sessions. Bring a swimsuit; towels and body wash are provided, and changing stalls are gender-neutral. Guests must be 18 or older.
