The circuit runs from a Russian-style banya on Vermont slate and an event sauna that seats around 100 people to an infrared room and a steam room. Between rounds you can sit in hot pools around 104°F, a neutral or salt pool near body temperature, or two cold pools in the mid-40s to 50°F.

Swimsuits are worn throughout, including in the dry saunas, and towels and slippers are provided. Aufguss sessions led by sauna masters take place in the event sauna. Walk-ins are accepted, but weekends fill up, so booking ahead is the safer bet.
