More about Pause Studio Green Hills
Book a 30- or 60-minute slot and you get a private suite with an infrared sauna and a cold plunge side by side. Alternate heat and cold at your own pace, or book a sauna-only session if you just want to warm up.
The studio also runs float tanks, cryotherapy and LED light beds, and groups can rent the whole studio for a private event. The infrared heat builds gradually, so it suits people new to saunas.
