More about Pure Sweat Sauna Studio 12 South

Pure Sweat studios are built around private infrared rooms: you book a slot, have the suite to yourself or share it with one other person, and shower afterward. The air in an infrared room is cooler than in a Finnish sauna, so the heat builds more gradually.

Book online ahead of time and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
