Pure Sweat + Float Studio Belle Meade
Nashville
A Pure Sweat studio, part of a Middle Tennessee group of infrared studios, with private full-spectrum infrared sauna suites for one or two people booked by appointment alongside float therapy suites.
More about Pure Sweat + Float Studio Belle Meade
Pure Sweat studios are built around private infrared rooms: you book a slot, have the suite to yourself or share it with one other person, and shower afterward. The air in an infrared room is cooler than in a Finnish sauna, so the heat builds more gradually.
This location also has float suites, so some visitors pair a float with a sauna session. Book online ahead of time and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
