Sessions run an hour and are shared with up to eight guests, so it feels more like a backyard sauna than a spa. You alternate between the wood-fired dry sauna and the cold tubs out in the garden, rinsing in the shower before each plunge, and rest on the patio or deck in between.
Swimwear is required. Bring your own towel or rent one at the door. Booking ahead online is recommended, and the whole garden can also be reserved for a private group.
