More about Denver Sports Recovery

This is a sports recovery clinic rather than a spa, so the crowd leans toward runners, climbers and people working through training. You can walk in during open recovery center hours with a day pass, move between the hot tub, the cold plunge and the cooler cold tub, and use the dry and infrared saunas. A private cold plunge and sauna room can be booked by the hour.

Bring workout clothes or a swimsuit, a towel and water. Physical therapy, acupuncture and other treatments are booked separately.
