Like the other SweatHouz studios, each suite is private, with an infrared sauna that runs from 140°F up to 175°F, a cold plunge kept around 48 to 50°F and a vitamin C-infused shower. Sessions are 60 minutes.
Towels are provided in the suite. Wear what you like in the sauna and bring a swimsuit or spandex shorts for the plunge. One guest can join for an extra fee.
