More about Oak St. Sauna

Social sessions last 75 minutes and must be booked ahead. The sauna is heated to about 200°F, and the plunge tub is filled with lake water pumped in daily, so its temperature follows the lake. The owner suggests rounds of 10 to 15 minutes of heat, about 3 minutes in the plunge and a short rest before repeating.

The whole sauna can be booked privately for groups of up to 12. Sunset sessions are the most popular. It runs only in the cold months, so check the booking page for the current season.
