More about Perspire Sauna Studio West Loop
Sessions take place in a private suite, with up to 40 minutes in a full-spectrum infrared sauna with adjustable temperature and red light, plus a few minutes to change and cool down. Instead of a plunge tub, there is a SNØ shower at about 45°F for short bursts.
Towels are in each suite. You can sauna in swimwear, light shorts and a T-shirt, or nothing, since the room is private. This is a quiet, solo routine rather than a social sauna.
