Moki runs shared social sessions: you book a seat, get a towel and sandals on arrival and move at your own pace between the saunas, the cold plunges and the showers. The saunas run around 170°F and the plunge around 40°F, and staff suggest 10 to 15 minutes of heat followed by a short dip for first-timers.

Bring a bathing suit and leave metal jewelry at home, since it heats up in the sauna. Robes cost a little extra, and only water bottles may be brought in. Kids are welcome with a parent or guardian if they are under 14. Groups can also rent a private cabin for four, the Treehouse for eight or the outdoor sauna for six.
