The Sauna Guys

The Sauna Guys started as two friends who wanted a go-to sauna spot in Tampa, and the setup reflects that: a wood-fired sauna outdoors, a cold plunge on the same lot and small groups that move through rounds together.

Sessions are booked ahead and run about an hour, with a host guiding the heat and cold rounds, so it suits first-timers as well as regulars. Open sessions are also offered. Bring a swimsuit, a towel and dry clothes for afterward, and plan for Florida weather since the setting is outside.
