Revivery

Revivery runs guided contrast therapy: about an hour of alternating rounds in the sauna and the cold tub, led by a host, with groups typically around 10 to 12 people. The space is minimal, with natural wood and clean lines, and you can come solo or bring friends.

Beyond regular sessions the studio hosts community nights, including alcohol-free social evenings with a DJ and zero-proof drinks. Book through the website, and plan to arrive a little early for your first visit so the host can walk you through the flow.
