Recovery Oasis is built for private hot and cold sessions in the middle of downtown. The 55-minute Private Oasis Suite gives you an infrared sauna, a cold plunge and red light therapy in one room, and you can also book the sauna or the plunge on their own.
The sauna has a Bluetooth speaker so you can play your own music. Showers, a changing area and towels are on site, which makes it easy to fit in before work or dinner. Reservations are made online in set time slots.
