Reboot Mission

Everything is private: you book a room for yourself or with one other person. A standalone infrared sauna session runs 30 minutes, while the 45-minute Fire & Ice session puts an infrared sauna, a cold plunge and a shower in one suite, with staff showing first-timers how to cycle between heat and short plunges of one to three minutes.

This is the largest of Reboot's three Bay Area spas and the one to choose if you also want to try a float tank or whole-body cryotherapy.
