Perspire Sauna Studio Del Mar

Perspire works on an appointment basis: you book a time, get your own private suite and spend 40 minutes in a full-spectrum infrared sauna with red light therapy and adjustable color lighting. Each suite has its own controls, so you can set the heat to suit you, and there is a screen for streaming shows or music while you sweat.

There is no shared sauna or cold plunge here, so it suits people who want a quiet, private session rather than a social bathhouse.
