Fit Social

Fit Social sells day passes that cover the saunas, the cold plunge and the lounges, and you can upgrade to a reserved daybed or an oceanview cabana for a group. Towels are provided. Between rounds there are low-impact classes, wellness workshops and open-air spaces to sit and work.

The feel is closer to a beach club than a quiet spa, with drinks, shared plates and music, and the venue also hosts concerts and day parties. Some evening events are 21+, so check the event page before you bring younger guests. Book a daybed or cabana ahead on busy weekends.
