More about SoHo Saunas

Sessions run two hours, and you can move between the 160°F and 190°F saunas, the warm mineral soak and the cold tub in any order. The owner, who grew up in Japan, leans toward slow, meditative bathing rather than a strict contrast routine. Towels, a sauna hat, water and warm showers are provided.

Shared sessions are communal and most guests wear swimsuits; rentals are available. Private sessions give your group the whole setup, and clothing is optional then. Book a time online, or buy a visit pass and schedule later.
