Löyly Southeast

Visits last up to two hours and include a towel and robe. The routine is simple: shower, sit in the sauna, cool off under a cold shower or a pull-chain bucket, rest, and repeat. The steam room is the difference from the Northeast location. Guided Aufguss sessions, monthly Ritual Days and add-ons such as whisking, foot soaks and facials are offered too.

Public hours are all-gender, swimwear is required and guests must be at least 16, with under-18s accompanied by an adult. Each guest needs an appointment, and the space rarely gets crowded, which suits people who want a calm sweat.
