Each booking gets a private suite with an infrared sauna, a cold plunge tub and a vitamin C shower, along with its own entertainment system. Guests move between heat and cold at their own pace, typically up to 45 minutes in the sauna and short rounds in the 48 to 55°F plunge.

A beauty bar with hair tools and grooming products makes it easy to head straight back out. The studio runs mainly on month-to-month memberships and packages.
