Island Spa & Sauna

General admission is paid at the front desk and no reservation is needed; only spa treatments are booked ahead. You get a towel, a locker and spa loungewear, which you wear in the shared common areas, while the bathing areas are separated by gender and fully nude, with no swimsuits allowed.

The heated rooms include clay, salt and charcoal saunas plus a cold ice sauna, and the bathhouses have soaking tubs, hydrotherapy baths and aroma steam. Cafe Island sells food and drinks inside, and outside food is not allowed. Children under 10 come only on scheduled Family Days, and minors must be with a guardian of the same sex.
