An East Nashville social sauna on Main Street built around one big room: a 40-person Finnish dry sauna next to a 20-person cold bath, with a lounge, an espresso bar and guided breathwork classes.

More about Lolu

Most visits are Free Flow sessions of 75 minutes, where you move between the sauna and the shared cold tub at your own pace for as many rounds as you like. The sauna runs hot, roughly 175 to 195°F, and the cold room sits in the 40s.

Guided classes add breathwork and meditation in both rooms for groups of up to 35. Afterward there is a lounge for water and tea, an espresso bar in the lobby and an outdoor area. The studio sits below a hot-yoga studio on Main Street.
