Admission covers four hours and includes two bath towels and a hand towel. The men's and women's spas each have dry and steam saunas, and bathing suits are not allowed there. On the second floor, the co-ed Jim Jil Bang requires the clothing handed out at the front desk, with no robes, street clothes or shoes.

The same ticket gets you into the fitness center and the indoor pool, where swim caps are required. The restaurant on the second floor serves Korean food and can be visited without spa admission. Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the spa areas.
