Bask Detroit

Bask is laid out for cycling between heat, cold and rest. The large Finnish sauna is shared, while the four individual plunge tubs are set at different temperatures, from milder water for first-timers to near-freezing for experienced plungers, so you can pick your level.

Two locker rooms with showers sit between the street entrance and the club space, and the interior uses natural materials and soft daylight. Drop-in visits and memberships are both offered, and community events such as DJ nights were part of the plan from the start. It is located on the ground floor of a parking structure near downtown.
