Sessions are booked in hourly slots, but nobody rushes you out. The suggested rhythm is 10 to 20 minutes of heat, 30 seconds to three minutes in a plunge and a rest, two or three times. Pick the sauna that suits you that day, and check with others before adding steam. Newcomers should start in the warmest plunge.

Bring a swimsuit, your own towel since rentals are limited, and a non-glass water bottle. Guests must be 18 or older, and there is no alcohol. Drop-ins are fine at quieter times, but book ahead for late afternoon and evening. Afterward, people linger in the lounge or on the sunny deck.
