SweatHouz Plano

Like the other SweatHouz studios, this one works by private booking. You reserve a suite through the app, then have up to an hour to move between the infrared sauna and the cold plunge as often as you like, with 10 to 15 minutes afterward to shower and change.

Because the suites are private, it is an easy first step for people curious about contrast therapy who would rather not share a sauna with strangers, and couples can book together. Single sessions, packages and memberships are available; check the app for current rates.
