Pause Studio Arboretum
Charlotte
A recovery studio across from the Arboretum Shopping Center where private contrast suites pair an infrared sauna with a cold plunge tub and a shower, alongside float tanks, cryotherapy and LED light therapy.
More about Pause Studio Arboretum
Pause is a menu of recovery services rather than a social bathhouse. For heat and cold, the core option is a private contrast therapy suite: you have the room to yourself, warm up in an infrared sauna with adjustable temperature and Bluetooth music, then move to the cold plunge, with guided breathwork as part of the plunge. A shower sits in the same suite.
Stand-alone infrared sauna sessions, flotation therapy and cryotherapy can be booked a la carte, in bundles or through a membership. The studio is on the second floor of a building facing the Arboretum, so allow a moment to find the entrance on your first visit.
