Mood House Monroe Road

As at the Dilworth studio, the infrared sauna here is booked as a private session, either on its own or combined with a massage. The Oakhurst Commons studio has two solo sauna rooms and one room for two people, which makes it a low-key alternative to the busier communal bathhouses closer to Uptown.

Sessions can be booked a la carte, and Mood House also sells memberships that bundle massage and sauna time. Session length was not confirmed in the sources we found, so check with the studio before booking.
