More about Mood House Dilworth
Mood House started as a massage studio and now offers infrared saunas as well. You book a sauna session in a private room, which suits people who want a quiet sweat before or after a massage rather than a social bathhouse.
The studio is bookable through ClassPass. Prices and session lengths for the sauna were not confirmed in the sources we found, so check Mood House directly.
