The Allston site works like Moki's other locations: you book a social session, pick up a towel and sandals and alternate between the two Nordic saunas and a big multi-person cold plunge, all in the open air. Lockers sit in a heated changing tent, so plan for the weather on the walk between rounds.

Bring your own bathing suit. Wednesday community days offer a limited number of lower-priced seats that go on sale a day ahead. For groups, a wood-fired trailer sauna for 12 and an electric outdoor sauna for eight can be rented privately.
