General admission gives you three hours in the kelo-log sauna, the steam room, the cold plunge and the lounge, with a robe and towels provided. Days alternate between men and women, and weekend afternoons are kept for private groups.

The house rules ask for short rounds of up to 15 minutes in the heat, an hour in total, and a towel under you on the benches since the old wood can release sap. Extras are done by a sauna specialist: a full or half platza with oak or birch whisks, scrubs, a salt and honey glaze and foam washes. Children under 13 are not admitted, and outside food and drinks are not allowed.
