More about Jeju Sauna

Check in with a photo ID, get a wristband key and a spa uniform, and you can stay as long as you like. Each side's wet area has showers, hot soaking pools and a cold plunge, and it is nude and separated by gender, so shower before getting in. The coed dry area holds the sauna rooms, built with different stones, salt, charcoal and wood at different heat levels, along with lounge areas.

Food, drinks, body scrubs and massages are charged to your wristband and paid on the way out. The heated pool needs your own swimsuit, since none are provided. The saunas and baths run around the clock, though not every service does.
